Services, availability, pricing, and packages may vary depending on the event and location.
2. Website Inquiries and Estimates
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee availability for a particular event date.
Pricing displayed or discussed before a formal proposal may be an estimate and may change depending on event requirements, quantities, location, customization, staffing, rentals, transportation, taxes, or other factors.
A booking becomes confirmed only in accordance with the applicable proposal, contract, deposit, or service agreement provided by Empora.
3. Event Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their event, including dates, times, locations, guest counts, venue requirements, service selections, and other information necessary for us to provide requested services.
Changes may affect pricing, availability, staffing, rentals, or production requirements.
4. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, rescheduling policies, and other financial terms applicable to a particular event will be specified in the client's proposal, invoice, rental agreement, or service contract.
Those event-specific terms will control the applicable booking.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, written content, and other original materials belonging to Empora Events & Experiences may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
